These Terms of Service govern your use of Eviction Management, a service of ABC Legal Tech, Inc. available at evictionmanagement.net. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Site Access Requirements & Terms

• 1. Eligibility: You must be a customer of ABC Legal Tech, Inc. or a client of a customer of ABC Legal Tech, Inc. to access this site.
• 2. No Legal Advice: The information and services provided on this site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice or establish an attorney-client relationship.
• 3. Authorized Use: Access to this system is strictly limited to authorized personnel acting in their official capacity.
• 4. Confidentiality: Users must maintain the strict confidentiality of all data, records, and information obtained through this platform.
• 5. Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and ensuring they are not shared with unauthorized parties.
• 6. Prohibited Activities: Any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of this system or network is strictly prohibited.
• 7. Data Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when utilizing the forms and services provided.

SMS Terms

• Program: ABC Legal Tech, Inc. Eviction Management sign-in and verification codes.
• Description: When you opt in, ABC Legal Tech, Inc. sends text messages containing one-time codes used to sign in to and secure your Eviction Management account. We do not send marketing messages.
• How you opt in: by choosing to sign in with your mobile phone number, or by turning on text message verification in your account settings, and confirming the number to receive a code.
• Message frequency: varies based on how often you sign in or request a code.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. You can also turn off text message verification in your account settings. After you opt out, you will not be able to sign in with a text message code.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, or contact support@abclegaltech.com.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

ABC Legal Tech, Inc. may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
